Haralson Apple- Extremely popular, old stand-by apple. It's tart, medium-sized and really great for pies and sauce. People who love Haralson are very loyal to its distinctive flavor.
Regent Apple - A beautiful dark red apple with white flesh and a unique, sweet tart flavor. These are a crisp, juicy favorite.
Honeycrisp Apple - The Minnesota State apple - Hard, extremely crisp and juicy and unique in flavor. It's becoming a really popular apple.
Sweet Tango Apple - U of M's newest and recently named apple rivals Honeycrisp in flavor and crispness. The ones we've tasted have been the best ever! We're looking forward to having lots of these great apples in next year!
Beacon Apple - Medium in size with full, deep red stripes. Its a soft apple with a mildly sweet flavor. Good for cooking and eating.
